Permissions
The way permissions work, generally, is that each role has a different level of authority within the software. An Owner
can perform more actions within the software than an Administrator
(which subsequently can perform more actions than a Basic
user.
Owners
Owners have the most "permissions" within an organization. They can:
invite new users
remove/delete existing users
cancel or change your organization's subscription (or payment information)
Administrators
Administrators can invite new users to the organization (which may impact your billing rate).
Basic
Basic
users have the least permissions and cannot alter any aspect of the organization's subscription.
Good to know
Any organization must have at least one owner. An owner can elevate another user to the Owner
role before deleting their account.
