Using OurGov Premium is intended to be an easy choice. Premium provides you an account, access to our most valuable features, and a relationship that allows us to continue build what you want.
a high level, OurGov sans a Premium subscription means that you do not have an account with us.
Any feature that requires you to log in, like:
Push notifications
Tracking hours
Task management
etc., cannot be done, because as a consumer, you cannot put data into OurGov.
Non-premium users can browse bills and see information on them, but cannot subscribe, comment, or otherwise benefit from an ongoing relationship with OurGov.
